Nikon SB-800 Photo Sphere

Description

Push-on super diffuser to use in architectural/group or portrait work. This squeeze-on attachment produces a diffuse point-source not unlike the sun on a cloudy day. See photos showing regular flash vs sphere attachment in use.
Fits the Nikon SB-800 perfectly, perhaps other flashes as well. The mounting material is meant to stretch and hold onto a flash quite securely.
Externally, the semi-rigid, rectangular rubber grip holder measures 2.1” by 3.075”. Internally it measures 2.4” by 1.5”. The circumference of the globe is 18.25”, the diameter is only 5.8”
It stands 7” tall. Although the unit is labeled “PC” and has 2 patents embedded in it (see photo) I can find no information about it except a
similar unit here.
The unit has no mechanical parts and thus is in top shape. At this price point, this is a steal.
